Since March 2012: Doctoral Candidate at the Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg, member of the Junior Research Group COME at the Institut für Kulturanthropologie und Europäische Ethnologie
2011: Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology at Leiden University
January, February and March of 2011: empirical research project on the construction of ethnic identity among Rrom (Gypsies/ Roma people) in Bogotá (Colombia)
2010-2011: Master Program Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology at Leiden University (Netherlands); focus on Global Economy and Culture; Gold Scholarship from the Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Program
2010: taught the course "Multiculturalism and Diversity" (elective course at B.A. level) at the Pontifical Xaverian University, Bogotá
